<효과/효능>
조루증의 치료 - 질 내 삽입 후 사정까지의 시간이 2분 미만인 경우로, 조루증이 지속적이거나 재발하여,

개인적 고통이 크거나 대인관계에 어려움이 있으며, 사정제어가 잘 안 되는 경우

 

<용법/용량>
이 약은 쓴맛을 피하기 위해 한번에 삼켜야 하며 최소 1컵의 물과 함께 복용하도록 한다.

 

 

환자는 실신이나 어지러움 또는 어질어질함 등 실신의 전구증상이 발생하면 우전이나 위험한 기계

조작 등을 피해야 한다. [사용상의 주의사항 4.3)항 참조]

 

성인남성 (18~64)
투여를 시작하기 전에 의사는 환자의 기립성 반응(orthostatic events) 기왕력을 알아보고 기립성 시험(orthostaric test: 혈압, 맥박, 눕기, 일어서기)을 하여야 한다. 환자가 기립성 반응의 병력이 있거나

기립성 시험에서 비슷한 반응을 보일 경우, 이 약의 사용을 피해야 한다. [사용상의 주의사항 4.4)항 참조]


성행위 약 1~3시간 전에 초회 권장용량 30mg을 경구투여한다.30mg의 효과가 충분하지 않고 내약성이

좋은 경우.최대 권장용량인 60mg까지 증량할수 있다.최대 투여횟수는 24시간 이내에 1회를 초과하지 않는다.

만약 초회용량에서 환자가 기립성 반응을 보일경우 60mg으로 증량해서는 안된다.
이 약은 식사와 무관하게 투여할수 있다.

조루증 치료를 위해 이약을 처방한 의사는 최초 4주 투여 또는 6회투여 후 이 약의 위험성과 환자가

보고하는 유익성의 균형을 평가하여,이 약의 투여를 지속하는 것이 적절한지를 결정해야 한다.

 

고령자(65세이상)
고령자에서의 이 약의 안전성 및 유효성은 확립되지 않았다.

 

소아 및 청소년
이 약은 18세 미만의 소아 및 청소년에게 투여해서는 안된다.

 

신장애 환자
경증 및 중등도의 신장애 환자에서의 용량조절은 필요하지 않으나 주의하여 투여한다.

중증의 신장애 환자에의 사용은 권장되지 않는데.

 

간장애 환자
이 약은 중증도 및 중증의 간장애 환자(Child-Pugh Class B and C)에게 투여해서는 안된다
