효능, 효과:
발기부전(erectile dysfunction)의 치료. 시알리스(CIALIS)의 효과를 위해서는 성적 자극(sexual stimulation)이 필요합니다. 시알리스는 여성 대상 사용을 적응증으로 하지 않습니다.
용법, 용량: 경구 투여용

1. 성인 남성에서의 사용

이 약의 권장 용량은 10mg이며, 예상되는 성 행위 전에 식사와 상관없이 복용합니다. 타다라필(tadalafil) 10mg이 충분한 효과를 나타내지 않는 환자들에게는 20mg을 시도해도 좋습니다. 이 약은 적어도 성 행위 30분 전부터 투여할 수 있습니다. 최대 권장 복용 빈도는 1일 1회입니다. 연장된 매일 투여 후 장기간 안전성이 확립되지 않았고, 또한 이 약의 효과가 보통 하루 이상 지속되기 때문에 이 약제를 지속적으로 매일 투여하는 것은 강하게 권장되지 않습니다. (경고 항 및 약력학적 특성 항 참조)

2. 고령 남성에서의 사용

고령 환자에서는 용량 조절이 필요하지 않습니다.

3. 신기능 장애가 있는 남성에서의 사용

경증 내지 중등도의 신장애가 있는 환자에게는 용량 조절이 필요하지 않습니다. 심한 신장애 환자의 최대 권장 용량은 10mg입니다. (약동학적 특성 항 참조)

4. 간 기능 장애가 있는 남성에서의 사용

시알리스의 권장 용량은 10mg이며, 예상되는 성 행위 전에 식사와 상관없이 복용합니다. 중증 간 기능 부전 환자(Child-Pugh Class C)에서 시알리스의 안전성에 대한 임상자료는 제한적이므로, 처방하는 경우 의사는 신중하게 개개의 이익/위험(benefit/risk)을 평가해야 합니다. 간 장애 환자들에게 10mg보다 고용량을 투여한 자료는 없습니다. (다음 환자에는 신중히 투여할 것 항 및 약동학적 특성 항 참조)

5. 당뇨병이 있는 남성에서의 사용

당뇨병 환자에서는 용량 조절이 필요하지 않습니다.

6. 소아 및 청소년에서의 사용
