프릴리지 부작용

프릴리지 사용 시 발생할 수 있는 부작용에는 다음과 같은 것들이 있습니다:
구토 복통 머리통 식욕부진 기운없음 둔치장애 기절 정신적 불안 이러한 부작용이 발생한 경우에는 즉시 의사와 상의하시길 권장합니다. 또한, 프릴리지를 사용하면서 특별한 부작용이 발생하시는 경우에는 즉시 의사에게 상담하시길 권장합니다. 일부 특수한 상황이외에는 하루에 60mg이상 복용하시면 몸에 무리합니다, 필요하실때에는 병원으로 도움받으셔야합니다.

주의사항

프릴리지와 같이 복용하지 말아야할 약품들： 이 약은 다른 세로토닌 재흡수 저해제[선택적 세로토닌 재흡수 저해제(SSRI), 세로토닌-노르에피네프린 재흡수 저해제(SNRI), 삼환계 항우울제(TCA)] 또는 L-트립토판, 트립탄, 트라마돌, 리네졸리드, 리튬 및 St. John's Wort (HypericumPerforatum)제제와 같은 세로토닌 유사작용 약물 및 생약제제와 병용해서는 안 되며, 또한 이들 약물의 투여중단 후 14일 이내에 투여해서도 안 된다. 마찬가지로, 이 약의 투여 중단 후 7일 이내에 이들 약물을 투여해서도 안 된다 강력한 CYP3A4 저해제(예: 케토코나졸, 이트라코나졸, 리토나비어, 사퀴나비어, 텔리스로마이신, 네파자돈, 넬피나비어, 아타자나비어 등)를 투여 중인 환자 이 약은 MAO(모노아민산화효소) 저해제를 투여중인 환자 또는 MAO 저해제의 투여 중단 후 14일 이내인 환자에는 금기이다. 이와 비슷하게, 이 약 투여중단 후 7일 이내에 MAO 저해제를 투여해서도 안 된다. 조증/경조증 또는 양극성 장애의 병력이 있는 환자는 이 약을 투여해서는 안 되며, 이러한 장애의 증상이 나타나는 모든 환자는 투여를 중단해야 한다.
다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것：
기립성 반응의 기왕력이 있거나 의심되는 환자 여성, 18세 미만의 소아 및 청소년 65세 이상의 고령자
