복용방법
비아그라는 성행위 1시간 전에 복용하는 것이 권장되고 있지만. 성행위 1~2시간전에 복용 하셔도 됩니다.
대부분의 환자에서의 초기 권장용량은 50mg입니다.
효과와 환자의 상태를 고려하여 의사의 처방에 따라서 25mg으로 감랭하거나, 100mg으로 증량합니다.

약효시간
비아그라는 성적자극이 있는 경우에만 약효가 발휘됩니다.

부작용

가끔 사물이 푸른색으로 보이거나 상이 두 개로 보이는 복시 증상이 나타나거나 빛에 민감해지는 증상이 있습니다.
하지만 대부분이 일시적이며 경미해서 이런 증상 때문에 복용을 중지하는 경우는 흔하지 않으며, 대부분은 복용하는데 불편함이 없습니다.
발기부전은 약몰치료를 하는 경우 약물을 중단해도 약물 복용전보다 발기력이 좋아진다는 것이 통계적인 보고이고, 이는 발기력에 대한 심리적인 자신감 회복 때문입니다.

비아그라를 복용해서는 안되는 경우
질병과의 상호작용: 심각한 심장, 간, 혈액 관련 질병이 있는 경우.
니트로글리세린과 함께 복용하는 경우.
발기가 4시간 이상 지속되는 경우.
다른 약물과의 치명적인 상호작용 가능성이 있는 경우.
비아그라나 성분에 알레르기 반응이 있는 경우.
기타 비아그라 부작용을 강화시키는 상황이 있는 경우.
